Understanding your readout

What Are the 6 Sides?

The 6 Sides are the parts of you the assessment measures. Everyone has all six. What differs is how available each one is when life asks something of you.

Your 6 sides are not personality types, and none of them is better than another. Think of them as a crew. When one side is carrying most of the weight, the others get less practice — and the ones that get the least practice are usually the ones you need for whatever comes next.

Your readout shows which sides you lean on, which are carrying too much, and which are harder to reach.

The Adventurer

Moves. Takes the risk. Steps into the unknown.

When it is strong
You act before you are certain and can tolerate discomfort while you move.
When it is hard to reach
You wait for certainty that never arrives, and plans stay plans.

When it is hard to reach

How to read your scores

  • —A high side is not a trophy. It often means that side has been doing extra work for a long time.
  • —A low side is not a flaw. It is a side that has had little practice and can be strengthened.
  • —The useful question is not “which side am I?” but “which side does my next step require?”
